I’m a leadership and performance coach, leveraging my years of experience as an engineering leader to enable others to find their best path forward.
I got my Computer Science degree from Northwestern, and then went on to spend ten years making video games. I worked at three studios: Mad Doc Software, LucasArts, and Double Fine. After leaving games, I joined Apple, where I spent 5 years on the iOS Software Performance Team. Next, I joined Apple Maps as an Engineering Manager for about 1.5 years. After 6.5 years, I decided it was time to move on from Apple and joined Stripe, where I managed several teams over the course of 3 years. I then joined LTSE as their VP of Engineering. During that time, I started thinking about coaching, and left to start my own coaching practice. You can find more information about my business here.
When I’m not working, I’m probably reading. I read over 200 books a year. In 2021, I read 255 books. That was, perhaps, excessive.
